Promotional Materials.
After Franchisee commences operation, Franchisor will make available for Franchisee's purchase C12 meeting process forms, cards, stationery items, and promotional materials.
Advertising and Publicity Program.
Franchisor will maintain a program of C12 brand advertising and publicity to help drive leads through Franchisor's website and home office to franchisees across the C12 franchise System.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 C12 Group Franchise Disclosure Document, C12 Group has several policies regarding marketing and promotional materials for its franchisees. C12 Group will make available for purchase C12 meeting process forms, cards, stationery items, and promotional materials. Additionally, C12 Group maintains a program of brand advertising and publicity to help drive leads through its website and home office to franchisees. Franchisees are expected to use C12 agendas, facilitation standards, materials, segments, forms, logos, and websites, and strictly follow the C12 Brand Standards Guide for paper and colors as directed without any deviation or substitution unless approved in writing by C12 Group.
C12 Group also provides franchisees with a localized C12 website URL and a C12 email address to help establish a unique web presence consistent with C12's overall online presence. These standardized elements are owned and hosted by C12 Group at no cost to the franchisee. Franchisees can negotiate additional customizations at their own cost, but all digital activities must comply with C12 Brand Standards and be approved before going live online. C12 Group may also provide periodic digital campaigns via email to help franchisees maintain contact with local prospects.
Before a C12 Group franchisee begins operations, C12 Group will post and maintain information on the franchisee, their territory, local information, and planned event dates and locations on C12 Group's website if the franchisee provides the necessary information. After a franchisee commences operation, C12 Group will provide an ongoing monthly supply of Business Forum meeting materials in digital/email copies, digital audio-video format, and hard copies of member curriculum delivered in advance of each month’s meetings. Franchisees also have access to an online C12 resource/website for Chairs and Members with downloadable resources, standard elements of franchise operation, and a mandatory CRM.
