What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to C12 Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, prior to attending Training Week, and upon payment of the Training and Technology Fee, C12 Group will provide the franchisee with an Area Chair Training Kit. This kit includes the training curriculum, business plan documents, reading and reference materials, and other C12 branded items.
This policy ensures that new franchisees receive essential resources and materials to prepare them for their role as Area Chairs. The Area Chair Training Kit seems to be a comprehensive package designed to equip franchisees with the knowledge and tools necessary to understand the C12 Group business model and operate their franchise effectively.
By providing these materials before Training Week, C12 Group allows franchisees to familiarize themselves with the content, potentially enhancing their learning experience during the formal training sessions. The inclusion of C12 branded items also helps to reinforce the brand identity and create a sense of belonging for the new franchisee.
