What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 C12 Group Franchise Disclosure Document, prior to attending Training Week, C12 Group will send the franchisee an Area Chair Training Kit. This is contingent upon the franchisee's payment of the Training and Technology Fee.

The Area Chair Training Kit consists of the training curriculum, business plan documents, reading and reference materials, and other C12 branded items. This kit appears to be a key component of the initial training process, providing franchisees with essential resources to understand and operate their C12 Group franchise.

Prospective franchisees should ensure they understand the full scope of the Training and Technology Fee and what it covers, as this fee is directly linked to receiving the Area Chair Training Kit.
