Before Franchisee commences operation, Franchisor will supply Franchisee with initial start-up materials to aid in prospect development and meeting facilitation, including guest binders, access to the C12 App and website-based resources, and marketing/promotional materials.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 C12 Group Franchise Disclosure Document, as part of the initial support provided to new franchisees, C12 Group includes access to the C12 App and website-based resources. This access is provided before the franchisee commences operations, as part of the New Chair Supply Kit.
The C12 Group also maintains an online resource/website for Chairs and Members that includes downloadable resources, standard elements of franchise operation, and a mandatory CRM. Member records are stored on this resource, and franchisees are expected to make payments to C12 Group through this resource, unless otherwise required.
Furthermore, C12 Group will provide franchisees with a localized C12 website URL that is descriptive of the Franchisee's Franchised Business and Territory and a C12 email address to help the Franchisee establish a unique web face consistent with C12's overall online presence. These standardized elements are owned and hosted by C12 Group at no cost to the Franchisee. Additional customizations can be negotiated at cost to the Franchisee, and all related digital activities must comply with C12 Brand Standards and be approved prior to being live online.
