    1. Website Directory Content. Before Franchisee commences operation, Franchisor will post and maintain easy-to-search information on Franchisee, Franchisee's Territory, noteworthy local information, and planned area event/meeting dates and locations on Franchisor's website if Franchisee furnishes the necessaryinformation.
    1. Ongoing Consultation. After Franchisee commences operation, Franchisor will provide Franchisee with on-going telephone/email consultation regarding Territory development and member/group facilitation upon Franchisee's request.
    1. Website Content. After Franchisee commences operation, Franchisor will maintain an online C12 resource/website for Chairs and Members with downloadable resources, standard elements of franchise operation, and a mandatory CRM. Member records will be stored on this resource, and Franchisee shall make payments to Franchisor through this resource unless Franchisor requires otherwise. Unless approved by Franchisor, Franchisee may not use any other website URL or name, except the one Franchisor agrees to and assigns to Franchisee upon granting Franchisee the Territory (see "Territory Name" on the Summary Page).
    1. Business Forum Meeting Materials. After Franchisee commences operation, Franchisor will provide an ongoing monthly supply of Business Forum meeting materials (as well as those relating to Key Players) in the form of digital/email copies of all materials (i.e., monthly agendas, curriculum, facilitation notes), and digital audio-video (mixed-media) format and hard copies of member curriculum delivered to Franchisee in advance of each month'smeetings.
    1. Promotional Materials. After Franchisee commences operation, Franchisor will make available for Franchisee's purchase C12 meeting process forms, cards, stationery items, and promotional materials.
    1. Advertising and Publicity Program. Franchisor will maintain a program of C12 brand advertising and publicity to help drive leads through Franchisor's website and home office to franchisees across the C12 franchise System. Leads for Franchisee's Territory will be shared with Franchisee as they are received through Franchisor's website, emails, sponsorships and telephone inquiries. Franchisor will also provide Franchisee with sample formats and artwork to assist with Franchisee's local marketing and advertising efforts via Franchisor's online resources or dedicated outside contractors.

According to the 2025 FDD, C12 Group provides franchisees with several website-related resources. Before a franchisee begins operations, C12 Group will post and maintain searchable information about the franchisee, their territory, local information, and event dates on the C12 Group website, provided the franchisee supplies the necessary information.

After the franchisee commences operations, C12 Group maintains an online resource/website for both Chairs and Members. This website includes downloadable resources, standard operational elements, and a mandatory CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Member records are stored on this resource, and franchisees are generally required to make payments to C12 Group through this platform, unless otherwise directed.
