Who pays for the C12 Group franchisee's standard satellite website, business card, and stationery?
C12_Group Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
You are to adopt C12's standard satellite website, business card and stationery, at C12's expense, immediately upon becoming a franchisee unless otherwise given specific approval by C12. Such pre-approved incorporation or access of C12's web platform into another 'umbrella' web or print medium must be solely funded by you and must comply with C12's requirements regarding C12's brand marketing and use of proprietary marks and materials, including without limitation displaying C12's name, logos, and tag lines, as they may exist from time to time, only in styles, colors, and formats as are approved by C12 (see FA Sections I, IV, and VII) and must provide the same prescribed utility and information to C12 at a minimum.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to C12 Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, C12 Group covers the initial expense for a franchisee's standard satellite website, business card, and stationery. This is provided immediately upon a new franchisee joining the C12 Group system, unless C12 Group gives specific approval otherwise.
However, if a franchisee wants to incorporate or access C12 Group's web platform into another web or print medium, the franchisee is responsible for funding this themselves. Any such incorporation must still comply with C12 Group's brand marketing requirements and proper use of its trademarks and materials. This includes displaying C12 Group's name, logos, and tag lines in approved styles, colors, and formats, and providing the same utility and information to C12 Group at a minimum.
This arrangement is more favorable than some franchise systems, where franchisees typically bear the costs of all marketing materials and website development. By covering the initial costs of the standard website and stationery, C12 Group reduces the initial investment required from franchisees and ensures brand consistency across all franchise locations.
