What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to C12 Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor owns and hosts the standardized website URL and C12 email address provided to franchisees. These elements are provided at no cost to the franchisee.
This means that as a C12 Group franchisee, you will receive a localized website and email address that aligns with C12's brand. Examples provided in the FDD include a website URL like "www.C12 Atlanta.com" and an email address like "Paul.Tarsus@C12forums.com." This standardization helps maintain a consistent brand image across all franchise locations.
While the initial standardized elements are provided at no cost, the FDD states that additional customizations to the website can be negotiated, but these customizations will be at the franchisee's expense. All digital activities must comply with C12 Group's brand standards and require approval before going live, as outlined in the Operations Manual. This ensures that any modifications align with the overall brand strategy and quality standards of C12 Group.
