What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 C12 Group Franchise Disclosure Document, C12 Group does not operate any franchises itself. Instead, C12 Group focuses on its role as the franchisor, supporting its franchisees. The franchisees, known as Principal Chairs, operate executive development programs for Christian business owners, CEOs, presidents, and their key staff.
This arrangement means that C12 Group's revenue is derived from selling and supporting franchises rather than operating its own locations that would compete with franchisees. Prospective franchisees can be assured that the franchisor is not in direct competition with them.
This structure is common in franchising, where the franchisor's primary responsibility is to develop and maintain the brand, provide training and support, and ensure consistency across the franchise system. The franchisees, in turn, manage and operate their individual businesses, adhering to the franchisor's standards and guidelines.
