- Providing you with an intensive five-week training program (New Chair Training), including four weeks of guided, self-study combined with weekly live webinar training with a C12 Trainer, followed by a one-week on-site Training Week at the C12 home office (FA Sections III, IV) which includes: orientation to C12's vision, mission, core values, doctrine, and promise; discussion of C12's process, materials, protocols, methods, affiliates, and C12 services/resources; actual CEO Forum visitation and audit; discussion of Territory development and your specific business plan and action plan; and approval of your business plan. Training Week must be completed to C12's satisfaction.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to C12 Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the one-week on-site Training Week is held at the C12 Group home office. This on-site training is part of a comprehensive five-week New Chair Training program.
Prior to attending the on-site Training Week, new franchisees complete four weeks of guided, self-study combined with weekly live webinar training with a C12 Group Trainer. The on-site Training Week includes orientation to C12 Group's vision, mission, core values, doctrine, and promise. Franchisees will also participate in discussions of C12 Group's processes, materials, protocols, methods, affiliates, and C12 Group services/resources.
During the Training Week, franchisees will visit and audit an actual CEO Forum. They will also discuss Territory development and their specific business plan and action plan, and their business plan must be approved. Completing Training Week to C12 Group's satisfaction is mandatory for new franchisees.
