What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 C12 Group Franchise Disclosure Document, prior to a franchisee commencing operations, C12 Group will collaborate with the franchisee to plan an initial introductory event. At no cost to the franchisee, an experienced C12 Group leader will travel to the franchisee's territory to present a C12 overview and introductory materials to local prospects, as well as assist the franchisee in answering questions.

However, the franchisee is responsible for the costs associated with hosting the event locally, which typically involves a breakfast or luncheon. The scheduling of this event is dependent on the availability of one of C12 Group's leaders. To aid in generating prospects for this initial meeting, C12 Group will provide the franchisee with a turnkey direct mail or email campaign.

The funds available from the franchisee's Prepaid Marketing Fund will be used to directly fund this direct mail or email campaign. This initial introductory event is also listed as one of the requirements that C12 Group monitors during the first twelve months of the franchisee's operation.
