According to the 2025 FDD, prior to a C12 Group franchisee attending Training Week, and after the franchisee pays the Training and Technology Fee, C12 Group will provide the franchisee with an Area Chair Training Kit. This kit includes the training curriculum, business plan documents, reading and reference materials, and other C12 branded items. This kit is designed to equip the franchisee with the necessary resources and information to begin their role as an Area Chair.
