What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 FDD, prior to a C12 Group franchisee attending Training Week, and after the franchisee pays the Training and Technology Fee, C12 Group will provide the franchisee with an Area Chair Training Kit. This kit includes the training curriculum, business plan documents, reading and reference materials, and other C12 branded items. This kit is designed to equip the franchisee with the necessary resources and information to begin their role as an Area Chair.

The Area Chair Training Kit is a component of the New Chair Training program, which is mandatory for all new franchisees. The training program is designed to ensure that franchisees are well-prepared to launch and operate a C12 Group franchise. The kit provides a structured approach to learning the C12 business model and standards.

The training and technology fee, which must be paid before receiving the Area Chair Training Kit, ranges from $10,000 to $12,500. This fee is refundable prior to the start of training, providing some financial security to the franchisee if they decide not to proceed with the franchise before training begins. The contents of the Area Chair Training Kit are intended to provide a foundation for the franchisee's business operations and ongoing development within the C12 Group system.
