What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 C12 Group Franchise Disclosure Document, the New Chair Training program does include a discussion of Territory development. Specifically, the five-week training program includes a one-week on-site Training Week at the C12 Group home office.
During this week, C12 Group franchisees will participate in discussions regarding Territory development, as well as their specific business plan and action plan. The FDD also states that C12 Group provides ongoing telephone and email consultation regarding Territory development and member/group facilitation upon request.
Furthermore, C12 Group engages in monthly teleconference calls with other members of the C12 Principal Chairs community to discuss each month's meeting materials, Territory development and events, and issues of common interest. This indicates that Territory development is an ongoing area of focus and support for C12 Group franchisees.
