- d. Associate Chair Support Fee. Franchisee must pay Franchisor a monthly Support Fee of $200 per Associate Chair engaged by Franchisee. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 C12 Group Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must pay a monthly Associate Chair Support Fee of $200 per Associate Chair. This fee is paid to C12 Group.
This monthly fee continues until the CEO Forum run by the Associate Chair reaches either ten CEO members or generates $10,000 in Gross Billings. Once either of these milestones is reached, the monthly support fee for that specific Associate Chair is terminated.
In addition to the Associate Chair Support Fee, the franchisee will also pay C12 Group $110 per month for each Associate Chair to cover the registration fees for the Semi-Annual Chair Training events.
