What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to C12 Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay the Member Registration Fee to C12 Group when submitting new member registrations. These fees must be received by C12 Group before a personalized New Member Kit is sent to the franchisee for the new member.

The Member Registration Fees are $550 for a CEO Forum member and $330 for a Key Player Forum member. The franchisee may charge members more than these amounts.

Franchisees are responsible for invoicing and collecting registration fees from their members, and for setting their own collections policies. However, the franchisee's royalty fees to C12 Group are based on membership roster and billings, regardless of whether the franchisee actually collects the registration and/or membership fees from its members.
