What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 C12 Group Franchise Disclosure Document, the Sales Training Series consists of one-hour telephone coaching sessions conducted once per week for thirteen weeks. This training is mandatory for franchisees. The Sales Training Series is designed to run concurrently with the four weeks of guided self-study that are part of the New Chair Training program.
This means that new C12 Group franchisees will participate in a structured sales training program that extends over approximately three months, combining weekly coaching calls with self-directed study. This blended approach allows franchisees to learn at their own pace while still receiving regular guidance and support from C12 Group.
The thirteen-week Sales Training Series, alongside the initial New Chair Training, indicates C12 Group's commitment to providing ongoing support and development to its franchisees. This extended training period may help franchisees build confidence and competence in sales, which is crucial for recruiting members and growing their C12 practice.
