What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to C12 Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the New Chair Training program is an intensive five-week program. This training is a mandatory part of becoming a C12 Group franchisee.
The five-week training program consists of two main components. The first four weeks involve guided, self-study combined with weekly live webinar training sessions conducted by a C12 Group Trainer. Following the initial four weeks, there is a one-week on-site Training Week held at the C12 Group home office.
During the on-site Training Week, new franchisees will receive orientation on C12 Group's vision, mission, core values, doctrine, and promise. They will also participate in discussions about C12 Group's processes, materials, protocols, methods, affiliates, and C12 Group services and resources. Additionally, franchisees will visit and audit an actual CEO Forum, discuss territory development and their specific business plan, and have their business plan approved. The FDD states that the Training Week must be completed to C12 Group's satisfaction.
