What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 C12 Group Franchise Disclosure Document, the New Chair Training program includes an in-person component that lasts for five days. This on-site training, referred to as "Training Week," takes place at the C12 Group headquarters.

Prior to the in-person training, new franchisees participate in a five-week training program that includes four weeks of guided self-study combined with weekly live webinar training with a C12 Trainer. The in-person Training Week at the C12 Group home office includes orientation to C12's vision, mission, core values, doctrine, and promise; discussion of C12's process, materials, protocols, methods, affiliates, and C12 services/resources; actual CEO Forum visitation and audit; discussion of Territory development and your specific business plan and action plan; and approval of your business plan.

Prospective franchisees should note that completing Training Week to C12 Group's satisfaction is mandatory. The FDD states that C12 Group will determine whether New Chair Training has been satisfactorily completed. Training Week will typically involve an assessment to evaluate proficiency and readiness. While it is rare for an incoming franchisee to fail to complete training to our satisfaction, C12 reserves the right to make this determination and establish a remediation plan with the franchisee.
