What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 C12 Group Franchise Disclosure Document, Item 11 outlines the franchisor's assistance, advertising, computer systems, and training provided to franchisees. Specifically, it details the pre-opening assistance C12 Group provides. This includes a seven-step selection process, granting a franchise within a designated territory upon payment of the initial franchise fee, providing an intensive five-week training program, supplying a Franchise Training Manual and additional training materials, and providing initial start-up materials.
For a prospective C12 Group franchisee, this means that C12 Group will guide them through a structured selection process before awarding a franchise. This process includes evaluations, interviews, and background checks. Upon successfully navigating this process and paying the initial franchise fee, the franchisee will receive comprehensive training and initial materials to help them start their C12 Group franchise.
It is important to note that C12 Group does not assist in site selection, negotiation, or the construction/remodeling of meeting premises. The franchisee is also responsible for purchasing and maintaining a color printer and computer projector for their practice. This indicates that C12 Group franchisees need to be prepared to handle these aspects of setting up their business independently.
