What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to C12 Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, upon termination of the Franchise Agreement, all members in the franchisee's territory must be notified of the franchisee's decision to leave C12 Group. This notification is crucial to ensure members are aware of the change in leadership and the franchisee's departure from the organization.
In addition to the notification of the franchisee's departure, members must be informed of their option to continue participating in CEO Forums and Key Player Forums. These forums will be led by a subsequent Area Chair appointed by C12 Group. The FDD specifies that C12 Group will formally present this option to the members, either collectively or individually, ensuring each member is fully aware of their choices.
Furthermore, members retain the freedom to either remain C12 Group members under the new Area Chair or to explore alternative CEO roundtable arrangements. The departing franchisee is obligated to conduct themselves in such a transition to serve the best interests of the group members and preserve Kingdom unity and fellowship. This ensures a smooth transition and maintains the integrity of the C12 Group community. The franchisee must also cease using all C12 Group materials, trade names, and marks, and avoid implying any association with C12 Group after termination.
