If the C12 Group's fiscal year end changes, will this be reflected in future FDDs?

Based on the 2025 C12 Group Franchise Disclosure Document, the company's financial statements included in the FDD are audited annually. The audit reports included in the FDD cover specific fiscal years. For example, one report included in Item 22 covers the financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023. Another report covers the years ended December 31, 2022 and 2021.

If C12 Group were to change its fiscal year end, this change would be reflected in the audited financial statements for the year in which the change occurred. The auditor's report would then reflect the new fiscal year end date.

Since the FDD includes these audited financial statements and the corresponding auditor's report, any change to C12 Group's fiscal year end would be apparent in future FDDs through the dates covered in the financial statements and auditor's report. Prospective franchisees can therefore monitor the FDDs for any changes to the fiscal year end to stay informed about the company's financial reporting practices.
