Can C12 Group franchisees supplement the provided meeting materials?
C12_Group Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
Monthly Business Forum Meetings are to utilize C12's prescribed monthly agenda, curriculum, mixedmedia format, and facilitation notes and forms which are supplied at no additional cost either in hard copy
or downloadable format from a web platform supplied by C12. You may supplement these materials with others of your own choosing and utilize helpful resources to enrich your members' overall C12 experience (e.g., lunchtime videos or handouts) in a manner which does not modify the intended standard C12 meeting flow and process. If the C12 Business Forum meeting agenda should change, C12 home office will let you know in written communication prior to the delivery of the following month's material.
All meetings are to be facilitated in compliance with the Field Operations Manual and the Brand Standards Guide provided during initial and subsequent training.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to C12 Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees can supplement the provided meeting materials. The monthly Business Forum Meetings are to utilize C12 Group's prescribed monthly agenda, curriculum, mixed-media format, and facilitation notes and forms. These materials are supplied at no additional cost in either hard copy or downloadable format from a web platform provided by C12 Group.
C12 Group franchisees have the option to supplement these core materials with additional resources of their choosing. These supplemental materials can enrich the overall C12 Group experience for members. Examples include lunchtime videos or handouts. However, any supplemental materials must not modify the intended standard C12 Group meeting flow and process.
C12 Group will provide written communication to franchisees prior to the delivery of the following month's material if the Business Forum meeting agenda changes. All meetings must be facilitated in compliance with the Field Operations Manual and the Brand Standards Guide, which are provided during initial and subsequent training. This ensures consistency and adherence to C12 Group's standards while allowing for some customization to enhance the member experience.
