What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 C12 Group Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance in the Sales Training Series is mandatory for franchisees. The Sales Training Series consists of one-hour telephone coaching sessions conducted weekly for 13 weeks. This series is designed to run concurrently with the four weeks of guided self-study that are part of the New Chair Training program.

This requirement ensures that all new C12 Group franchisees receive standardized sales training to effectively market and grow their franchise. By mandating attendance, C12 Group aims to maintain a consistent level of sales expertise across its franchise network. This can help franchisees acquire the necessary skills to attract and retain members, which is crucial for the financial success of their franchise.

For a prospective franchisee, this means setting aside time each week for the first few months of operation to participate in these coaching sessions. It also highlights the importance C12 Group places on sales training as part of its overall support system. Franchisees should factor this time commitment into their initial business planning and recognize the value of the training in developing their sales capabilities.
