What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 C12 Group Franchise Disclosure Document, a C12 Group franchisee is restricted from soliciting current or prospective members who live and work outside of their designated territory. If a franchisee is contacted by prospective members who reside and work outside of their territory, the franchisee is obligated to inform these prospective members about the existence of another C12 Group business forum option, if one is available.
Furthermore, the franchisee must provide the prospective members with the contact information of the C12 Group franchisee who operates within the territory where these prospective members live and work. This ensures that potential members are directed to the appropriate local C12 Group resource.
This policy is in place to protect the territorial rights granted to each franchisee and to maintain an organized and efficient franchise system. By adhering to these guidelines, C12 Group ensures that prospective members receive the most relevant and localized service, while also preventing conflicts between franchisees operating in different territories.
