Can a C12 Group franchisee hire individuals to operate additional Business Forums?

According to the 2025 C12 Group Franchise Disclosure Document, C12 Group franchisees, also known as Principal Chairs, are expected to operate Business Forums themselves. However, they have the option to hire individuals, referred to as Associate Chairs, to manage additional Business Forums within their designated territory.
