What must a C12 Group franchisee furnish to have information posted on the website?

According to the 2025 C12 Group Franchise Disclosure Document, before a franchisee begins operations, C12 Group will post and maintain information on the franchisee, their territory, noteworthy local information, and planned area event/meeting dates and locations on the C12 Group website. This is contingent upon the franchisee providing the necessary information to C12 Group.

After operations commence, C12 Group will maintain an online resource/website for Chairs and Members, which includes downloadable resources, standard elements of franchise operation, and a mandatory CRM. Member records will be stored on this resource, and franchisees are required to make payments to C12 Group through this resource, unless otherwise specified. Franchisees must also maintain current information on C12 Group's websites regarding themselves, their local group meeting locations and times, local C12 events and news, and provide every C12 member an opportunity to participate in any global C12 web functionality.

C12 Group also provides franchisees with a localized C12 website URL and a C12 email address to help establish a unique web presence consistent with C12's overall online presence. These standardized elements are owned and hosted by C12 Group at no cost to the franchisee. Additional customizations can be negotiated at the franchisee's cost, but all related digital activities must comply with C12 Brand Standards and be approved before going live online, as outlined in the Operations Manual. Franchisees are generally restricted from using any other website URL or name, except for the one C12 Group agrees to and assigns upon granting the territory, unless approved by C12 Group.
