What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 FDD, a C12 Group franchisee can appeal to the Chair Advisory Council by going through their Regional Representative. The Regional Representative will then bring the franchisee's concerns or disputes to the Chair Advisory Council.

The Chair Advisory Council includes a delegate from C12 Group's Board of Directors, in addition to C12 Group's Officers. This council serves as an initial point of escalation for franchisees who have unresolved issues or disputes.

If the franchisee is still not satisfied after the Chair Advisory Council review, the dispute can be brought to a panel of three C12 Group Board Members who are not part of the senior staff. If the franchisee remains unsatisfied with the decision of the panel, they have the right to request binding Christian arbitration.
