After Franchisee commences operation, Franchisor will provide an ongoing monthly supply of Business Forum meeting materials (as well as those relating to Key Players) in the form of digital/email copies of all materials (i.e., monthly agendas, curriculum, facilitation notes), and digital audio-video (mixed-media) format and hard copies of member curriculum delivered to Franchisee in advance of each month'smeetings.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 C12 Group Franchise Disclosure Document, after a franchisee commences operation, C12 Group will provide Business Forum meeting materials in several formats. These materials, which also relate to Key Players, will be supplied monthly.
The materials will be provided as digital/email copies, including monthly agendas, curriculum, and facilitation notes. In addition to digital formats, C12 Group will also provide materials in digital audio-video (mixed-media) format.
Furthermore, C12 Group will deliver hard copies of member curriculum to the franchisee in advance of each month's meetings. This ensures that franchisees have access to the necessary resources in multiple formats to effectively conduct their Business Forum meetings.
