Monthly Business Forum meetings are to utilize C12's prescribed monthly agenda, curriculum, and facilitation notes and forms in a mixed media format, including digital video and audio. In order to deliver the required content at monthly Business Forum meetings with mixed media capability, you are required to acquire necessary computer devices, projection, audio/video and recording equipment sufficient to project digital video and broadcast audio for each place in your Territory (which marks the opening of your business). This timetable presumes initial prospect contact work via direct marketing and/or personal circleof-influence selling to take place over the course of the first 90 days following Training Week.

To deliver the required content at these meetings, C12 Group requires franchisees to acquire the necessary computer devices, projection, audio/video, and recording equipment. C12 Group also provides guidance during Training Week regarding the kind of venue franchisees should arrange for introductory events and Business Forum meetings. C12 Group does not impose specific meeting site selection criteria, except that the meeting site must maintain high-quality standards, similar to a private country club or resort setting. Regular Business Forum meetings should not occur in member workplaces unless C12 Group grants an exception.
