What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to C12 Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, certain fees are subject to change. Specifically, the Training and Materials fees that C12 Group charges its franchisees can be modified if the price of the materials increases above the current costs. In such instances, franchisees are obligated to pay the then-current fees.
Additionally, C12 Group may, at its sole discretion, increase the monthly fee for Semi-Annual Chair Training, which franchisees are required to attend. Currently, this fee is $110 per month, with an additional $110 per month for each Associate Chair engaged by the franchisee to cover their registration fees for these training events.
Beyond these specific fees, C12 Group also reserves the right to modify the due dates and methods of payment for all payments due under the Franchise Agreement. This gives C12 Group flexibility in how and when it collects fees from its franchisees, which could impact a franchisee's cash flow management. It is important to note that while franchisees can set their own registration fees and monthly member fees based on local economics, these pricing changes must be reviewed in advance with C12 Group.
