What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to C12 Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, new franchisees are required to participate in a Sales Training Series. As part of this series, C12 Group provides weekly group coaching sessions. These coaching sessions are one hour in duration.
This weekly commitment is in addition to the initial five-week New Chair Training program. The ongoing coaching is designed to support franchisees in developing their sales skills and building their C12 Group business. The Sales Training Series is facilitated by Topaz Sales Consulting and does not have to be completed prior to a franchisee opening for business.
