Before Franchisee commences operation, Franchisor will post and maintain easy-to-search information on Franchisee, Franchisee's Territory, noteworthy local information, and planned area event/meeting dates and locations on Franchisor's website if Franchisee furnishes the necessaryinformation.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 C12 Group Franchise Disclosure Document, before a franchisee begins operation, C12 Group will post and maintain information on the franchisee, the franchisee's territory, noteworthy local information, and planned area event/meeting dates and locations on C12 Group's website. However, this is dependent on the franchisee furnishing the necessary information to C12 Group.
This means that as a prospective C12 Group franchisee, you are responsible for providing C12 Group with all the required information about yourself, your territory, local events, and meeting schedules. If you fail to provide this information, C12 Group is not obligated to post or maintain this information on their website.
After the franchisee commences operation, the franchisee is obligated to maintain current information on C12 Group's website(s) regarding the franchisee, the franchisee's local group meeting locations and times, local C12 events and news, and provide every C12 member an opportunity to participate in any global C12 web functionality. This ensures that members have access to up-to-date information and can fully utilize the online resources provided by C12 Group.
