What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 C12 Group Franchise Disclosure Document, the C12 Group's monthly Business Forum meetings utilize a prescribed monthly agenda, curriculum, and facilitation notes and forms in a mixed media format, including digital video and audio. To deliver the required content at these meetings, franchisees must acquire the necessary computer devices, projection, audio/video, and recording equipment to project digital video and broadcast audio for each place in their territory.
C12 Group also reserves the right to require franchisees to acquire a suitable computer projector in the future, as certain elements of the C12 Group monthly process may be deliverable via web or video delivery. Franchisees must also have high-speed internet and emailing service capable of receiving 300+ MB files.
In summary, while not all elements of the monthly process are currently delivered via web or video, C12 Group's standards anticipate potential future reliance on these formats. Therefore, franchisees must maintain the capacity to utilize web and video delivery for their monthly meetings and have the technology to support this.
