The Training and Technology Fee is paid to us upon signing your Franchise Agreement and no later than two weeks prior to your scheduled training. If you notify us in writing at least two days before training that you are not moving forward with the franchise, we will refund the Training and Technology Fee to you. If you decide to not move forward with the franchise during training, we will refund 50% of the Training and Technology Fee to you.
