What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to C12 Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, C12 Group does not have any purchasing or distribution cooperatives established. This means that franchisees are not currently part of any formal cooperative buying groups that could potentially lower the costs of goods or services through collective bargaining or distribution networks.
In the franchise industry, purchasing cooperatives can sometimes offer franchisees advantages in terms of reduced costs and increased negotiating power with suppliers. The absence of such a cooperative within C12 Group means that franchisees are responsible for sourcing their own supplies and services independently, except for items they are required to purchase from C12 Group.
While C12 Group does not have purchasing cooperatives, the document states that C12 Group aims to produce elements of its process centrally whenever this serves as an advantage (cost/quality/service) to its franchisees. C12 Group also estimates that at least 90% of all materials and supplies required to facilitate an effective monthly Business Forum meeting and conduct monthly one-on-one consultation sessions with each member will be routinely supplied by C12 Group at no additional cost to the franchisee.
