What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to C12 Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, C12 Group has the right to terminate the Franchise Agreement within the first 90 days if the franchisee has not demonstrated diligence in building a CEO Forum. This diligence is measured by specific actions the franchisee must undertake during those initial 90 days.
To avoid termination, a new C12 Group franchisee must, on average, make eight contacts per week. They must also attend the mandatory Semi-Annual Chair Training sessions and the Sales Training Series during that period. Launching a direct marketing campaign is another requirement, as is having a specific plan for the first C12 introductory event and/or initial CEO Forum in the Territory.
Finally, the franchisee must report to C12 Group and demonstrate progress regarding the specific Business Plan Goals and Action Plan Goals established during Training Week. Meeting these requirements is crucial for a new franchisee to maintain their agreement with C12 Group beyond the initial 90-day period. Failure to meet these minimum requirements gives C12 Group the right to terminate the agreement.
