C12_Group Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
Before Franchisee commences operation, Franchisor will work with Franchisee to co-plan an initial C12 introductory event, where an experienced C12 leader will travel to Franchisee's Territory at no cost to Franchisee to provide a C12 overview presentation and introductory C12 materials to Franchisee's local prospects and help Franchisee answer questions.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to C12 Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for the costs associated with hosting the initial C12 introductory event. While C12 Group will work with the franchisee to co-plan the event and provide an experienced leader to present a C12 overview, the franchisee will incur the cost of locally hosting the event, which typically involves providing a breakfast or luncheon. This event is scheduled based on the availability of one of C12 Group's leaders. C12 Group provides a turnkey direct mail or email campaign to help generate prospects for the initial meeting, and the franchisee's Prepaid Marketing Fund will directly fund this campaign.
This means that a prospective C12 Group franchisee needs to budget for expenses such as meals, room rental, and other hosting-related costs when planning their initial introductory event. While the franchisor provides support in terms of planning, a speaker, and marketing materials, the franchisee is responsible for the logistical and financial aspects of hosting the event itself.
It is important for potential franchisees to understand that while the Prepaid Marketing Fund can be used for direct mail or email campaigns to attract prospects, it cannot be used to cover the costs of food, beverage, or space rental for the event. Therefore, franchisees should carefully consider these expenses when determining the overall cost of launching their C12 Group franchise.
