What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Byrider's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Byrider Franchising Partners provides on-site assistance for a franchisee's first Byrider Business during its opening week, covering the expenses for at least one representative to be present at the location. The length of this assistance can vary.
However, Byrider may provide additional on-site assistance beyond this initial period if the franchisee requests it and Byrider Franchising Partners deems it appropriate. This suggests that whether or not additional support is provided is at the discretion of Byrider Franchising Partners.
For franchisees opening subsequent Byrider Businesses, on-site assistance is provided at Byrider Franchising Partners' expense only if they consider it appropriate. This indicates that the level of support may differ for established franchisees compared to those opening their first location. A prospective franchisee should inquire with Byrider about what specific circumstances might warrant additional support and what criteria are used to determine its appropriateness.
