What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Byrider Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee will be required to reimburse Byrider for costs and expenses incurred to correct deficiencies if the franchisee fails to correct those deficiencies after receiving written notice.

Byrider retains the right to inspect vehicles for sale and the franchisee's business procedures. The franchisee is expected to cooperate with Byrider and promptly correct any issues that are brought to their attention.
