What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Byrider's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Ultra2 Royalty Fee is due monthly. The amount of the fee varies depending on the franchisee's gross sales and gross receipts. Specifically, the Ultra2 Royalty Fee ranges from $5,500 to $7,800, plus 1.65% to 1.90% of gross receipts.
During the first year of operation, the Ultra2 Royalty Fee is $5,500 per month. In the second year, it increases to the greater of $6,700 or 1% of Gross Sales (Byrider Vehicle Sales). After the second year, the fee is the greater of $7,800 or 1% of Gross Sales (Byrider Vehicle Sales).
In addition to the percentage of Gross Sales, there is also a percentage of Gross Receipts (CNAC Collections) due after the first year of operation. This is either 1.90% or 1.65%, depending on whether the franchisee is signing their third (or more) Franchise Agreement and meets certain conditions, such as operating at least two additional Byrider Businesses and remaining in compliance with all Franchise Agreements with Byrider Franchising Partners.
