What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Byrider's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Byrider will approve a Business Location for opening if two conditions are met. First, the Business Location must be completed in accordance with Byrider's requirements. Second, the Designated Manager must satisfactorily complete Byrider's Initial Training Program.
This means a prospective Byrider franchisee must ensure that the physical location of their franchise meets all of Byrider's specifications for construction, layout, and appearance. This likely includes adhering to specific design plans, using approved vendors for equipment and supplies, and meeting all local ordinances and building codes.
Furthermore, the franchisee's designated manager, who is responsible for the day-to-day operations, must successfully complete Byrider's training program. This program is designed to equip the manager with the knowledge and skills necessary to operate the franchise according to Byrider's standards and procedures. Failure to meet either of these conditions could delay or prevent the opening of the franchise.
