What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Byrider Franchise Disclosure Document, the total number of classroom training hours for all listed programs is 80 hours. This total is comprised of several courses, some required and some recommended. The Vehicle Service Operations & Management, Sales Associate & Sales Management Training, CNAC Training, and Accounting and Accounting system training (D365) courses each account for 16 hours of classroom training. The Functional training also accounts for 16 hours.
These courses are held at Byrider's Carmel, Indiana headquarters, at regional training locations selected by Byrider Franchising Partners, or via webinars. The Vehicle Service Operations & Management course is required for the Designated Manager, while the Functional course is recommended for those with a need to know. The Sales Associate & Sales Management Training and CNAC Training courses are required for the Designated Manager but recommended for other managers.
