Software, including technical data, is subject to U.S. export control laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Act and its associated regulations, and may be subject to export or import regulations in other countries.

Specifically, the Licensed Software may not be exported or re-exported (a) into any U.S. embargoed countries or (b) to anyone on the U.S.

Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S.

Department of Commerce Denied Person's List or Entity List.

The Franchisee may not use the Licensed Software in violation of this Agreement or in violation of United States law, including laws which prohibit, without limitation, the development, design, manufacture or production of nuclear, missiles, or chemical or biological weapons.
