What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Byrider Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees should anticipate an annual audit to ensure they are meeting Byrider's operational standards. These audits are specifically designed to check for compliance with both state and federal laws. Additionally, the audits review practices that could potentially impact the Byrider brand.
Byrider also periodically inspects various aspects of the franchisee's business operations. This includes examining vehicles, supplies, merchandise, and methods of service and merchandising. During these inspections, Byrider representatives may also speak with the franchisee and their employees to confirm adherence to the Franchise Agreement and the standards established for the Byrider system.
These audits and inspections are Byrider's way of ensuring that all franchise locations maintain a consistent level of quality and uphold the brand's reputation. Franchisees should be prepared to demonstrate compliance in these areas during the annual audit and any periodic inspections.
