When signing the Byrider franchise agreement as an individual, what information is required besides the signature?

According to the 2025 Byrider Franchise Disclosure Document, when you receive the FDD, you must sign a copy of the receipt and print the date on which you received the Franchise Disclosure Document. You then need to return it by mail to Byrider Franchising Partners, LLC at 12802 Hamilton Crossing Blvd., Carmel, Indiana 46032.

Byrider must provide the Disclosure Document to you 14 calendar days before you sign a binding agreement or make a payment. However, the laws in Iowa, Michigan, and New York require that Byrider provide the FDD at least 10-14 business days before the execution of any binding franchise agreement or payment of any consideration, depending on the state's specific regulations.

If Byrider does not deliver the Disclosure Document on time, or if it contains false or misleading statements, or a material omission, it could be a violation of federal and state law.
