What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Byrider's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Effective Date signifies when the agreements between Byrider and the franchisee become active and legally binding. For the Acceptance and Assumption of Obligations agreement, the Effective Date is the date that Byrider signs the agreement. This date is shown beneath Byrider's signature on the signature page.
