Where will the server portion of the Byrider Licensed Software be hosted?

According to Byrider's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the server portion of the Licensed Software will be hosted by Byrider from Byrider's data processing facilities, referred to as the "Hosting Facility". This means that Byrider franchisees will not need to host the server portion of the software themselves, as Byrider will handle the hosting from its own facilities.

Franchisees are also responsible for communications and transmission of any and all data and information of any kind between Licensee and the Licensed System/Hosting Facility (hereinafter "Customer Data").
