What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Byrider's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Sales Associate & Sales Management Training is required only for the Designated Manager, but recommended for other managers. The Designated Manager is the individual who devotes their full-time efforts to managing the day-to-day operations of the Byrider business.

The Sales Associate & Sales Management Training consists of 16 hours of classroom training. This training takes place at Byrider's Carmel, Indiana headquarters, known as the Byrider Franchise Support Center, and/or at a regional training location selected by Byrider Franchising Partners. There is no on-the-job training associated with this course.

Byrider also requires the Designated Manager to complete CNAC Training, and recommends it for other managers. Vehicle Service Operations & Management training is also required for the Designated Manager, but recommended for other managers. These formal classroom training courses are conducted by experienced Byrider Franchising Partners staff members, who have extensive experience in consumer sales and finance. The training may include role-playing and written exams to ensure proficiency.
