- Annual Meetings. Byrider Franchising Partners holds one to three annual meetings at which you must be represented. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Byrider's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at annual meetings is mandatory. Byrider Franchising Partners typically holds one to three annual meetings. Franchisees must be represented at these meetings.
Byrider Franchising Partners will notify franchisees of the dates and locations of the annual meetings. As a franchisee, you are responsible for your own transportation and travel expenses to attend the meetings.
