rk or the work of its employees is not in accordance with the quality standards acceptable to the Company for the System, the Company shall have the right to require that the Franchisee, and/or such of the Franchisee's employees that fail to meet such quality standards, undergo a retraining program at the Company's training facility to correct any identified deficiencies.

  • 6.9 Guidance. During the operation of the Franchisee's business the Company will:
  • A. Inspect the Franchisee's Business as often as the Company deems necessary;
  • B. Make its staff available at its principal offices for consultation and guidance of the Franchisee in the operation and management of the Franchisee's Business.
  • C. Make available to the Franchisee, from time to time, all changes, improvements, and additions to the System to the same extent as made available to other franchisees of the System and Marks;
  • D. Provide the Franchisee with all supplements and modifications to the Manual;
  • E. Provide, from time to time, consultation and guidance in advertising and marketing;
  • F. Provide the Franchisee with forms to be used by the Franchisee to report to the Company all information required by the Company;
  • 6.10 Operating Assistance-Inspections. The Company shall have the right to enter and inspect the Business Location at all reasonable times to observe the manner in which the Franchisee is operating the Franchisee's Business, to confer with the Franchisee's employees, vendors, suppliers, and customers and to ascertain that the operations of the Franchisee's Business comply with the performance standards established by the Company for the System. Franchisee acknowledges and agrees that, pursuant to its inspection rights under this Article 6.10 of this Agreement, Company may inspect all vehicles for sale at the Business Location and otherwise inspect Franchisee's business procedures.
