What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Byrider Franchise Disclosure Document, Byrider Franchising Partners has been offering franchises since January 1, 2025. However, Byrider Franchising Partners' predecessor, Byrider Franchising, offered Byrider franchises from May 1989 until September 2024. This means that while Byrider Franchising Partners, LLC is relatively new, the Byrider franchise system has been around for over 35 years through its predecessor.

This distinction is important for prospective franchisees because it provides insight into the experience and history behind the Byrider brand. While Byrider Franchising Partners, LLC is the current franchisor, the franchise system has a long track record under its previous entity, Byrider Franchising. This could mean that many of the systems, processes, and brand recognition have been developed and refined over decades.

Franchisees should be aware of the change in franchisor entity and understand the implications of this transition. It would be prudent to inquire about the reasons for the change from Byrider Franchising to Byrider Franchising Partners, LLC, and whether any significant changes in operations, management, or financial stability occurred as a result. Understanding the history and evolution of the Byrider franchise system can help potential franchisees make a more informed decision.
